Don't know if this is the right section to post if you want help/advice.
Anyways, you can start by promoting your post on Facebook Pages. If you have any active Facebook Page then well and good. If you can invest some $$ then you can use Facebook Ads to promote your website. (Search BHW for more info on FB Ads)

You can start by promoting the post. Run some targeted fb ads to get the momentum going

that's a very generic question. you didn't mention the content and business vertical. post a video that's awesome enough to be shared. or post a flash quiz/game, that's first step toward viral marketing.

Well, find some viral pictures in the net, then open Photoshop and edit the picture. After that boost your picture in FB.
