Facebook Video with no CTA button has an Action!

Hey guys, i know some of us are getting a power editor error when posting video CTA. But today i saw something new, a video has no button but on clicking PLAY it takes you to a site. See screenshot. How is it done?

It's done by choosing no button and putting a link in the url.

I talked to the page owner, same issue, he can only do it in one page

Tried, no ads appear. Also this is completely different from instant articles

yes i can do this with only one page the other i get the same error as you

I watched this video but never try (not my video)
I think it only works on mobile divices.

I saw a video on youtube and it is working fine ads appear
