Hello, I would like to ask about the new video thing I saw on facebook today.

It has different layout as classic videos, "watch more" redirects you to site. But i did not the button to add the URL's below the video and Watch More button?
(i am talking about call to action button)

Can some one please help in this regard.

Advertise on BHW
FB does not allow to get a redirect to external site. There is a third party tool which is used to achieve this result. Try using tube2fb where you can post video on FB page, once the user clicks on the video they will get redirected to the external site. Search tube2fb video posting on youtube

Could you please help me, please see the screenshot of Facebook for iOS you will understand. Example: When I see the video of a Facebook Page in the News Feed (no sponsored post) when I click for sound, the URL of the website loaded above the content of the website (WordPress Website). I would like to understand how you can do that or if it's a private beta feature?

I know 2 ways to do that.
1. sponsor video: only active ads can display like that.
2. carousel: near like sponsor but no need ads.

Checkout facebook developer and you can see detail.
 
How can i create an article with video feature, when you tap the video to open the article. like this (skip to 00:42):
