Facebook video not approved!?

hi guys,

I recently opened a shopfiy store and am using FB ads to promote it. I have uploaded a video an boosted the post. Yet everytime facebook removes the AD because of the vidoe not complying with their policy

It is a toothbrush, with no branding, prices or illegal content..?

I had a similar issue with photo, I showed how a person looks before and after using the product which is not allowed. They have a strict policy so if you don't do cloaking make sure you read all the rules. Also, they will describe to you what's wrong in disapproval message so you can fix it.

Okay buddy here's a few things to look at.

1) Is your ad image completely unique and 100% never used by others in a BlackHat way with ads?
2) Have you asked for a repeal of the action?

First thing you should do is to check the reason of disapproval! You can find it under last tab by just opening it.

Looks like Facebook has moved to their AI with most ad approvals, so sometimes wrong stuff gets disapproved with wrong reasons. I have one example of this happening right now. I submitted ad and got 4x disapproved it with reason:


Obviously I do not promote guns or explosives, so I requested review, which gave me answer:


Well, this looks 100% answer from a bot, because if they actually went to my page, they would of seen this:




Yes, it's guitar shop/blog. I do understand why their AI bot would think these are guns, but it sucks that even so called ''manual review'' is being botted nowadays.

so called AI is nothing more but a computer program .
