You can't pay to verify an account on Facebook. Only a select group has them, that means you needs to be really relevant or worldwide famous to get a verified page.
You can't also request to be verified. So don't waste your time.
Your post makes no sense, you cant ask for a verify, they randomly do the verifies due to irregular logins or areas where you login from. Try to login to the home ip or as close as possible.
