Facebook verification - stuck?

I am having a very strange problem and cannot seem to find a solution.

I have my FB account almost verified for running political ads and whatnot (just to play it safe to not get banned). I've confirmed my location, uploaded ID - but FB says: "To complete the ID step, we need you to answer some questions from our service provider."

Then when you click it, the next message " No Questions Available
Our service provider has not been able to generate questions for you to answer."

Makes no sense. Tried different computer and clearing cache/cookies but keeps showing same thing. Any ideas?
