Its odd, I can view the profiles again, and the message is removed. Maybe it was a Facebook glitch.

Even if this does indeed become a policy in the future (which I doubt it), the limits will be way off of the usual human behavior patterns, like 10k per day or something aimed at bots. A normal user, or at least not a maniac sociopath one, would not do that.
