Facebook user tagging inside comments on the post?

I'm not sure what is this but I saw Facebook user tagging inside comments on the post, I know for a reason the guy is earning huge but I don't understand how and why every single post would have only 1 person tagged, is this some kind of a bot or something? The fb page has only one post and was made 5 days ago, and there are comments very often like thanks and stuff and EVERY single comment from someone has a tagged person, is this some kind of a tool or something? Please let me know if you know!

I don't think thats the same thing, I mean look at the picture, one person tags another person and there are like hundreds of them doing the same thing it cant be a coincidence, does anyone know how this is accomplished?
