Hi BHW,

We are outsourcing our Facebook Marketplace sales into Philippines, we are based in Australia and the listings from the sellers account located in Philippines are unable to send messages to, I assume Facebook is stopping this due to the sale location being in another country.

We are planning to get around this by providing local Australian accounts, and having the philippines team access them via remote desktop connections.

The question is, will facebook pickup on remote desktop software being used, if the accounts are being hosting in Australia?

Thank you very much in advance.

very simple. You can fake IP on the country you need to sell to and use your account on that IP

use mobile 4G accounts
their will be no issues
you can use inside vps

It will work, but you can test with account and RDP yourself, and see if it works the way you like it.

Hi we are in a similar situation except the account is in USA and we are in Canada. Please keep us posted on whether the remote desktop works for you.

they can't, nothing to worry about actually
because the connection will be created with the remote desktop which is located in Australia
while users will be only controlling the computer itself and have nothing to do with this connection

For this to work their desktop in Australia must be on 24/7?

Thanks Hideath! We are in Canada trying to manage an account in the USA. So would a VPS and Remote desktop work in this scenario as well.....if you have any articles or info. on how to set this up it would be much appreciated :)
