You should not buy followers/likes. It is not effective. I usually run page like campaign ads targeting the audience with viral videos which will give quality likes/follows.

Currently, if you buy followers like that, it is no longer as effective as before, it will reduce the number of followers and they are just Facebook bot accounts. You can set up an interactive campaign which can be a lot better

I suggest ads targetting the USA audience even if they're not free. I also don't suggest to purchase USA followers, but if you're so intent on doing it you can do it here.

create a fanpage in the usa and use the pageview campaign, you only need to spend a little budget to have a real american audience interacting with your fanpage

You should not buy followers in the US, it will attract attention from the Facebook platform and reduce your page interaction. It's a good idea to start with some interactive campaigns. You can also buy other people's pages with the same content
You can do this manual using hashtags to follow USA pages and make redirect post to your group with different content every time to boost your group members/audiences.
