Facebook URL switch script

Hello,

I'm interested in script or plug-in which can hide url I post on Facebook

So let's say, I post domain.com and thumbnail on facebook says it's actually a link from youtube.com or something like that

I had a script for this last year, but it doesn't work anymore

Now fb is smart enough and every day they update them self...............
