Do a google research about this problem, may be this type of questions is raised in a forum. Else, there's no other way to contact them. You have to reach out to them again.

If a few weeks have passed, you can send another appeal. It is possible that you are posting something that Facebook clearly does not allow. Pages that are usually unpublished or even put down permanently are related to cryptocurrency or adult-oriented stuff.
