Hello, in business manager when I tried to add my card and verify, it showed We weren't able to place a temporary hold on your card. Try again or lower your budget campaign or add new card.

I had to manually add funds in the account. So contacted support, they took a look and said somehow that account went prepaid and thus not able to accept credit card or PayPal. So only way is to keep adding funds manually.

I need help on this :

1. Can I delete this ad account and make a new one? Then will I be able to add card as postpaid type? My card is real from bank and profile is also old. Not banned or blacklisted in any way.

2. How to make my BM and Ad Account robust bullet proof strong so that it does not ban me in future? Heard people getting ban even with full white hat campaigns. Keep spending money to make account strong?

1. Yes, you can. But you have to wait fee days for Facebook deactivate your account.
2. Run and grow up your budget gradually. Research Facebook policies carefully and run White hat campaigns.

If I create a different ad account in the same BM, will I be able to use a different payment method or it will also be prepaid account as it falls under same BM?

You can add payment methods in 2 ways - on ad account level, and on BM level.

If you add a payment method to your BM from inside business settings, then all the add accounts belonging to this BM will use the same payment method.

If you add payment method to the ad account from ad account settings, then it will affect only that ad account and none others.

You can create 2 BMs using one facebook account

Turn on 2factor authentication in your business settings. Run whitehat campaigns that are in compliance with FB advertising policies. Try not to get ads rejected too often or start running too many ads within minutes of signing up.
