Facebook two step verification

Does anyone know how to get around this?

I only have 3 days to confirm my accounts, however i am using an older phone without the facebook app and no connection to the internet so it wont let me confirm the account.

Is it a new account or an old account? If its an old account try to login from any of your old trusted device, I don't think it asks for verification on trusted devices. Also FB does send text messages for verification so I don't think model of the phone matters.

But not sure if there is any other way to verify the account.
