i keep a txt file on 3 small usb drives with all my passwords
why didnt you back up your passwords

You can contact the support of FB for assistance. They might ask you for some information for verification purposes like your old password etc. After providing the information, you may recover your account.

When you turned on two-factor authentication, Facebook gave you 10 recovery codes. Use one of the codes if you still remember.

There are many experts who claim to break 2fa and you can search on the ''Social Media'' section of BHW!

Or you can text FB support and send some official information that matches the account's date of birth and wait for them to unlock it.
