Facebook, twitter, google+ google local etc. IP from the same country?

I have tried to search, but it returned way to many results.

When you set up facebook, twitter, google+, and google local does it help to set it up with an IP from the same country you are trying to rank your website in?

And do the same rules apply for web 2.0's like blogspot?

If you set up IP from the same country is better!

You can change your IP address to use a different account.
