I'm looking for a free feed that can update all my social media accounts at once. Facebook, twitter, blogs, and LinkedIn at once.

Does it exists?

yes it does, use networkblog and ping.fm they are great

Yes you need to register on ping.fm and then add the login details of your A/C on then you can submit your feed on the Facebook, twitter, blogs, and LinkedIn at once.
