Facebook, twitter and Google+ Campaign help!!!

Hey guys,

I have a job interview for a marketing company in my country tomorrow and for the interview I have to present the campaign that I will do on these 3 social platforms. The problem is, I don't know how to do that ) and I really need this job. I have a friend there who will vouch for me, but I still have to pass the interview.
Can you guys please help me out here with as little as you can?

Go to some forum to read more these social platforms that you will create accounts, post and shares or what else? and all paltforms for Tier 1 or Tier 2...

The main goal is to get the social interactions with the people who visit these pages. You need to show them that the visitors can be involved in what the company has to offer
