Facebook Trick

I dunno if this has been posted here or not, but I'm gonna do it anyway.

1. Create a Facebook account.

2. Upload some "legit" pics, and a few pictures that have the URL of your CPA offer, ClickBank product or whatever you want to promote.

3. Start adding friends. Look for friends with lots of friends, like celebrities and models, they usually have 1000-2000 friends.

4. Once you've added a few people who have +1000 friends, tag them in the pictures where your URLs are. This will show up on those people's Facebook profile pages and also appear on their friends' Home page on the News Feed. And believe you me there are alot of bored people out there who will check those pics out.

5. ???

6. Profit.

not half bad. I'd be interested to see how it works. I think it could do okay, but not sure how targeted the traffic would be and how well things would convert if at all. It's worth a shot though. You won't know if it will work or not unless you give it a try.

Yeah I agree, could be difficult to get targeted traffic. But then again it's almost zero effort as people with 1000's of friends are more likely to accept your friend request, and you don't have to pay anything to use this method.

Photoshop, GIMP or an image manipulation program of your choice. You'll probably want to create a short URL, or some sort of redirect. Check my signature for that

Then you can also add the URL in the image caption.

But I don't think hyperlinks work.

Hmm.. targeted traffic wise.. You can create friends lists. So for instance i use promote a freebie site , or an email submit for apple products. There "apple" related groups that have 10'000's of members in them.
Create a list called "apple" . Now start adding them to this list. Once you have a lot, tag only those "apple" friends to the "apple " related photos.

That way, its extremely targeted..

if you are using "gocodes" with wordpress then you already have a shortened and cloaked web address ... it works especially well when people get involved and actually start commenting stuff on the photo ... tag many people on the one photo and you get lots of action with interesting comments on that image ... many more people get notified through news feeds and don't be surprised if you get friends requests from your efforts

it works and is legal by facebook terms so there is no way that you will get banned ... just make sure you don't have a standard pic of a person and tag many people as that's just weird ... have a funny image and add a funny comment with the link and if you still have the energy then have the link relate to the image/comment

you can even take it further and add people you know ... then write a comment that they can relate to and they will freak lol ... hope that sheds some light

This is worth trying out. It really wouldn't be targeted, but could bring a small amount of random traffic, maybe some adsense clicks if used with another method.
