facebook traffic

I have a question. I have an active Facebook page that consist of mostly US traffic. The thing is that most of my fans are mexican meaning they speak Spanish but live in the US. I have a website that I drive them to which is content locked but its not converting. well. I have the locker displaying US country based offers but I want them showing in Spanish thinking that will help the conversion. any suggestions?? I'm using mgcash

So is it really a language issue or Conversion problem ? If its the first one,you better consult with mgcash and get localized offers.social traffic has always been a bit tricky and difficult to monetize with CPA offers.
