Facebook Traffic NOT Hitting Landing Page

I am having an issue with one of my Facebook campaigns. Literally only about 30% of the FB website clicks I produce are actually hitting my landing pages. Has any one else had this issue? If so how did you resolve it?

I have never seen this before. I have tested my own domains and have even test ClickFunnels hosting my pages and still the same result.
