I?m being constantly asked why someone ads are getting disapproved. And I?m keep telling you, I don?t know for sure ? You should ask Facebook, why they are hiring stupid ad reviewers 
So I made this test: I used images that are suggested by Facebook. I did remove title and body, but to rule that out let me tell you that 6h later, I got 4 ads running with that title and body, with other images, very similar to those in guidelines.

The guy who reviewed my ads obviously never read FB TOS. That makes TOS even more obsolete.
Stop complaining, just resubmit your ads and hope for the best Be persistent and you?ll also be able to put really shady images on FB, hehe.
