Facebook threshold

20-50 same bill and can't increase threshold, some accounts are like that. You can choose to maintain or replace new account.

it will depend on history spending or payments, but sometimes i've also noticed that some accounts easily increase threshold after each payment, but other accounts find it difficult to increase or increase very little

Payment thresholds are not random, but are automatically adjusted by Facebook based on important factors such as spending history, payout success rate, and account risk level. It is completely normal to see spending thresholds fluctuate up and down on many accounts recently, especially weak accounts with messy histories will have low thresholds. To keep your payment threshold more stable, you need to make sure you spend regularly and maintain a clean, problem-free payment history.

This system is truly different from other ad platforms, and it works in a broken way. The only cure is time.

Yeah it increases with odd numbers and each time it's different, but I don't see it affecting the quality of performance too much

Yeah, it seems like the threshold is being adjusted more aggressively than before. Some days it goes up for no obvious reason, other days it barely moves.

The issue needs to be resolved due to the account source. You should consider changing to a different account source .

I also encountered the same situation, the threshold did not increase according to the rule, some accounts even did not increase the threshold. However, it does not affect the advertising results much, please rest assured

both increase and decrease actually. Nothing we can do about it. It's just Facebook things.

The payout limits seem unpredictable lately monitoring multiple accounts helps spot any sudden changes.

Yeah, that’s normal. Threshold increases aren’t consistent — Meta looks at a mix of spending history, payment reliability, account age, and overall trust score. Some accounts get bumped after every payment, while others barely move even with the same spend.

Facebook's payment threshold has not been stable recently, it increases without any pattern.

Why Facebook Billing Threshold Is “Jumping” Randomly

Meta recently updated its risk scoring system for billing.
Instead of increasing your threshold slowly in stages, the system now recalculates dynamically based on:

✔️ 1.

If BM contains:

  • New assets
  • Unverified business
  • Weak payment history
  • Risky ad categories
The threshold increases unpredictably or even jumps backwards.

✔️ 2.

Meta internally scores each payment method:

Low risk → Visa, Mastercard, high-history cards
Medium risk → Virtual cards (Revolut, Payoneer, WISE)
High risk → Prepaid cards, VCCs, unknown BINs, foreign GEO mismatch

High-risk cards often trigger:

  • Sudden threshold spikes
  • Throttled spend
  • Review holds
  • Threshold reset after each billing

It's not your fault, it's Facebook's "risk restructuring" phase. Just maintain a consistent spending history, and your limit will stabilize after a few days.

It’s normal to see small fluctuations in the payment threshold from time to time. Meta adjusts thresholds automatically based on account activity, billing history, and system checks, so it doesn’t always stay fixed at one number.

It seems like the payment threshold can fluctuate from time to time, and Meta doesn’t always keep it consistent.

Facebook is still automatically increasing the payment threshold based on spent budgets, but generally keeps the spending limit low.

It’s normal to see the payment threshold behave inconsistently from time to time.
Meta adjusts thresholds automatically based on many factors such as account history, billing stability, and overall trust level. It’s not always a fixed number and can go up or down without a clear pattern.

Consider the payment threshold as a "reward" for your credibility. Don't try to use tricks to force an increase in the threshold, as the Andromeda AI will detect this and flag your account as "high risk," leading to permanent account suspension.

Some of my accounts are experiencing the same problem; the threshold is high and automatically drops, without any pattern, and sometimes even paying up to 20 bills doesn't increase the threshold.
