I don't think their support can help you on this case.
because it's full automatically adjusted by FB's system.

After thinking of your question again, I believe you are using prepaid ad account which does not have a threshold. Just go find a postpaid ad account on the Marketplace then. Prepaid is only for WH because if the ad account gets disabled, FB won't refund money to you.
I did. But it won't work 100% of the time. There are some conditions: you must not have fail payment, you must have a big daily spend, much bigger than just 900$ per day, etc...However, let me remind you that FB DO NOT want to lift the threshold now, because there are too many threshold scammers - like some one said above.
If you have a big budget, I suggest you to apply for credit line - which will work all the time. Just google FB credit line and you will see.

Hey, that "some one" is me. And yes, it was very easy to increase billing threshold back 5 or 6 years ago. Now it is mostly impossible.
