Facebook threshold problem!!

Hi Guys!

I have an issue in my Facebook ads account my threshold was increasing successfully after each payment until it reaches $250, they billed me twice so far but the threshold haven't increased to $500 as it supposed to!!

Is this common or this is anomaly and i need to contact the support?

That is a little weird....personally I would never message support unless it is absolutely necessary...
Don't want them to review my account

Actually i have nothing to hide i have contacted them, i think maybe this happening because they don't trust PayPal that much!!
