Anyone facing the same issue?
When you try to add someone in your FB, the message pop out "Do you know this user personally? To prevent misuse of Facebook, this request can't be sent. To learn more, please visit the Help Center."

The mass adding cause this problem and now we can't even add a single person into our FB.

Really? This is gonna be a big NEW problem! What are we going to do! Quickly, start making a bunch of threads! HURRY!!!

Yep I get it most days, unless you have more than 5 mutual friends already it will pop up often. And if you try to add someone with no mutual friends and your respective friends have no mutual friends it threatens to report you for spam.
Really becoming Nazi~ish in there

what to do and how to resolve.. sigh.. terrible move!

Blacklist yourself from facebook and move on to tagged.com

Yes. Expect a few more "suprises" from Facebook on this. You won't be able to add someone unless they're in your Tier One network. Facebook is rolling this out. In addition, do not add e-mails in bulk larger than 100. You will need to verify your account.

Not everyone is in a network let alone multiple ones. Far from it. That was the big thing back in the day.

You get banned when a large number of the imports deny your request.
