Facebook temp block for "going to fast"

Over the past week, we have been getting temporarily blocked; below is the exact message. We do all of our communication with our customers via messenger and have had our account for over 2 years, how could Facebook think we are bots or spammers? So frustrating. Is there anything I can do? Does this mean that we are close to getting blocked permanently?

Anyone have this problem before?

Do these users contact you first? or you are the one who sends them a message first?
 
The issue could be with the following points:
  • You send mass messages to customers first. Initially, they are all strangers to you.
  • Your customer consultation script is too similar, so Facebook determines that you are spamming.
  • Remember, Facebook does not like selling through personal pages, so try to act like interacting with friends and connecting normally.

It's because you text a lot and have the same content, so they think you're spam
 
It looks like you abused this feature by accessing it too quickly. I have the same problem after a few hours it will be back to normal
 
If you sure you're not misusing their feature
Then problem comes from the IPs. make sure you're using Good IP

It depends. A majority of our messages are conversations going back and forth. Beginning of the week we might send 200 promo messages to our active customers.

We have some team members in Latin America and in the Philippines, they have been with us for almost a year now. Should I get them to use a VPN?

We use the personalization feature for first name, do you think that is enough? I'm thinking probably not and I should make different versions of the promo message. Do you know if there is a limit to how many messages to send?

Giving an advice without knowing anything is hard.
Just use good proxy or IP that's all
 
is normal it also happend to me in my personal facebook, I was using it as usual and I got a message that I can't share or comment in 48 hours, then I was thinking to chat some friends and received a message that I being a long time on facebook that I should return in 48 hours with no option to do anything, so yeah is like for healthy reasons and spam of course.
 
If this is the first time this happens, just slow down for a week and then return to your normal use and see how it goes.

If you keep getting temporarily blocked, make sure you rest the account for a couple of days first. Also, stop sending new messages to users and stick to only replying to users who contacted you first.

maybe it's because you texted first and the messages are the same so you are blocked
