Hi, please read this post, it is very interesting
I have many big pages, and today i find something wrong. I have 1 900 000 fans page, when i touch targeret post, write 1 900 000, but when i choose from countries, from all countries, write only 1 300 000 fans, when i remove targeret to countries, write 1 300 000 for all. I have many big pages and test it. Where is other 600 000 of fans? On other page i have -100 000 fans. I can post image or video, bud try this and you will see. In good active page 24 000 i have with this number of 2800 fans only. In each post i have organic reach 8 000+ but when o choose promote post to people who like your page, 10$ for reach 2000 - 5000, but i have without this reach 7000 and more..
