Hello guys i want to check someting about few days ago facebook disabled my acc so i submit my ID but until today they didn't reply,is this happen only to me , anyone face the same issue?
by the way if any employee from facebook is reading this :i want to tell you have the worst support i ever seen in my life ,and if you want to improve the user experience try to improve it with your service.

Forget about that account and get a new one .
 
Get an aged fb account. Fresh accounts are getting roadblocked all the time.
 
FB is hard these days you have to prove the account is really yours, like the birth date should match that in your ID
 
If it's a genuine account just wait.

However if it's a spare / one you bought, then you might as well kiss it goodbye and get another new one but this time make sure you have access to the proof of id first.
 
Facebook and support.

Those words in the same place at the same time could cause a major calamity.

Please refrain from saying Facebook and support in the same place at the same time lest we have major issues worldwide.

Happened with me too, tried everything possible but no luck, I have seen this happens with Gmail and Outlook mail too. They don't even care !
 
That Ad account is dead, My advice is to buy a aged account and start fresh.
 
I totally agree that you should just create a new account, instead. It's no longer easy to go back in using such, so you might, as well, start fresh.

Lol'ed at the bolded part! But as someone else said, get an aged account. Sometimes though it's a combination of the proxy that you are using which raises red flags in the first place plus one or two scammy actions on FB that will ultimately result in a ban. If you are using some sort of private VPN or something then you will get away with being much more spammy even with a brand new fb account!
 
Facebook doesnt have any support, they have an retarded contact email where they respond usually with 2-3 weeks.. i get my account locked once in a month, but they will open it all the time after few days..
 
The fact that they're saying they sent ID and all maybe it's a legitimate account and FB made an error. Ever thought about that all of you who are just saying forget about the account. Man if it is legit just wait a while then contact them again as im sure there's a lot going on over there
