By this description facebook is guilty of operating a pedophile network.
If they are going hold the network responsible for a rouge affiliates actions
then surely facebook should take responsibility for the content of every

I have much worse problem, $35 in my balance and I can't cashout 'cause $50 is the minimum... and on top of that I'm not using this network anymore.

Let me correct you. The US has CLAIMED the existence of the servers gave them the jurisdiction to shut down a site and seize the assets of a company based in New Zealand, then ACTED on that claim prior to legal due process, a jury verdict, or other judicial decision. These unilateral executive branch determinations and enforcement actions are just that, unilateral, they are NOT proven to be founded, just asserted or presumed to be valid by the party performing them. This 'process' was deemed legal only because of the whim of the tyrant.

i dont know FBI is talking about, im a non-profit organization.. if that doesnt work, then i plead the fifth haha.. they dont have time to sue small people (they might make an example of someone) but they want the big wigs for their ill gains and hope to bring the US economy back to normal *rolls eyes*

There is a chance of that, but I highly doubt it. They have been around for awhile and i'm sure they have good relations with their advertisers.
I would wait a bit and see what happens.

Just gotta wait out the lawsuit really. I mean, they might get lucky enough to settle outside of court without losing their company or having to file for Bankruptcy.(Chapter 11 or 13, not sure which one).
