I know a guy who charges $250 for a 45 minutes consultation and I know he is good (http://www.jonloomer.com/). You can also read his blog on facebook marketing tactics. Alternatively, you can follow my signature for re-targeting on Facebook. (if you sign up with me, I can give you some free advices but it won't be as good as the other guy- to be honest)
