I have died nearly 20BM 2k5 - 10k
 
The good solution is to follow Facebook advertising policies because the bots are smarter now ij detecting any foul play. Doing the right thing on one business manager account at a time would help.

Yes, because even for unbans it has become more difficult with a double check from what I understand. But that's often done in the run-up to elections.
 
Working with a quality agency is the best way. Just like me, i choose them and they carry the risk for me. All i need to do is asking for old strong acc, and if worst case happens, they replace it without any extra fee.
