Facebook Store - Anyone Tried This

As the title says, has anyone opened a FB store? I've seen some services starting from $10 a month for up to 100 products. I'm wondering if it is worth trying. Do FB users buy directly on FB? I read that some of the major brands have dropped their FB stores but smaller independents are sticking with it. Or is it a waste of time and I'm better at sticking to using FB to drive traffic to my ecommerce site as usual?

we are just tring this on one of our client but atm we don't see any purcases as its too small fan page.

They would buy directly from your FB store if you don't have an e-commerce site. But if you're promoting your e-commerce site through an FB group or page, people would mostly prefer to buy it in your e-commerce site as long as you lead them how and where to go. I have read some articles that most people would rather buy from the website than an FB group/page.
