Has anyone experience this before?

I was out of funds on my ad account so I needed to fund more money, so when topping it for over 21 hours now the money I funded hasn't reflected on my account but I was debited from my bank. I had to contact paystack and up till now no response from them.

I couldn't go anymore further to top up the account since I thought I might lost the money again

You will have to wait for 2 business days to see if that amount got credited to the recipient or not. If then not credited, ideally it should get reverted back to your bank account within 1 or 2 days after that. if not, then contact your bank / card issuer.
 
You will get your money refunded to the source within a few days.
It happens due to payment processors aren’t perfect and often shows error due to multi stage authentications.
 
I highly doubt that Meta/Facebook will steal your funds, give it a few hours and it will surely goes back to your card.

Few hours? Did you read my post? I said it's over 21 hours which few 3 hours remain to make it a day since I funded the account
 
This already happened to me last week. The money will be returned to your card, don’t worry

I recommend that you pause all deposits through Paystack until you receive an official response. Also, contact Facebook Ads support to report the issue and provide proof of payment. If Paystack does not respond within 48 hours, you may consider filing a dispute with your bank for a refund.
 
Check your payment history in Meta Ads Manager.
Contact Paystack and provide the transaction ID for them to check.
Submit a complaint to Meta with a screenshot of the deduction.

Yes, it happens. Wait it out and contact both Paystack & Meta with the transaction ID. Don’t top up again yet.

contacting paystack may mean you had used a nigerian account probably
this is a common issue with nigerian account and will really take a long while before you can get that money back,
try using a virtual card , preferably dollar virtual card since what they charge is usually thesame, ads are expensive , so what you get with naira account is what you get on dollar account this days
the issue dosnt occure with dollar cards generally

Facebook stole the money
 
Normally you will be able to get your refund within a day or two then this case may be due to Meta payment error But for sure this money will be back to your account I have had such a case

How long did it take for the money to be back?
 
Bro, that's a temporary deposit from Meta, you will be refunded after a few days.
