I know that Facebook can limit ADS spending on your Facebook account, so I don't want to use my personal one.
What's the procedure to create stealth facebook account and link a VCC for ADS?
Before the procedure the question is: would be possible?

Yes, it does perfectly, but i'm always facing a limit on the Ad spent
