I would say 10% at the max. It varies depending on how targeted the links are to your fan base. And also if you have already built a relationship with these fans by providing useful updates as opposed to just marketing

there is no way to judge that or say depends on a lot of factors... a highly targeted page can go very high and a non targeted ones can just be flat
