Apart from what members here already told you. If you want to spam at some sections, there are 3 ways: spam it yourself (by human haha), using available tool (free or not), create a new tool (hire a dev or something).
P/s: lately FB is getting stricter than ever, you can easily get banned if you don't do it in proper way
