Facebook spamming

I am looking to do some directed advertisment (aka spam) some facebook groups with links to other channels like Telegram and other Facebook groups. What tools can I use for that?

Can I buy some users here straight away and then log in into them on and system or do I have to have cookies and proper regions and user agents?

There you will get useless information on how to set-up advertisements but no actual experience in running them (and spending money).Once you learn the set-up process, fake your way into running some ads by doing some random budget allocation and target costs per result..

Do you mean using ads to increase traffic instead of using personal accounts to interact with groups?
 
I use Hidemyacc to create a new browser environment, then create accounts, for seeding and spam purposes. I run them on one device. There is a convenience in Hidemyacc that is the automation feature, I save time warming up the account

No, I am looking for proper accounts that look like real people (but not be real people though). Lets say we have a group X and then I interact with groups and post links on group X linking to Y on Telegram using the fake people accounts. If they can post in Facebook Messenger, that would be a bonus.

Do you know of any more similar services? Bonus if they are one time buy or open source variants I could use as an OS on the phone or stuff like that.
 
Post no more than 1-5 posts on the first day and increase from there.

It is also necessary to type likes on posts and so that no one clicks This is Spam or deletes posts

Better to use Microworker for this kind of job !

Cheap + no suspension issues at all !

So you create these accounts yourself or buy them and do it your way
 
Facebook mass automation tool. Our clients have been doing this with bulk FB accounts. One thing, the FB accounts are consumable and won't last long this way.
So if you have enough budget or your own source of FB accounts, it works actually pretty good.

There are some antidetect browsers that support phones, but I have never tried them
