I am new to spamming, I'd like start "spamming" in fb groups but manually.
Is there good active fb groups that brings traffic, since I tried and I couldn't find any good ones, whats the cost for good fb group list?

Depends what your niche is. You're not necessarily looking for groups with a lot of members, these might be full of bots and nobody pay attention to them.
