"Facebook Social Toolkit" - Legit?

I came across the Facebook Social Toolkit today and was wondering if anybody's ever heard of it/used it. I found a bunch of sites offering it, but I couldn't determine who the original dev was.

Is it a legit tool or a scam to get your FB creds?

If it IS legit, any idea where I can get a good copy?

Yeah, it's legit or at least used to be.

I did across one a couple of years back and was good for FB scrapes and messaging too.
