does anyone know what the script is called where the user has to 'share' the site or wait 60 seconds or so?

Facebook Viral Plugin

I use this plugin with great success on one of my sites. My optimum settings are 20 seconds for the wait time. If they click the like button it instantly takes them to the page. I have also found that you don't want to write too much in this space. I wrote something like:

Welcome to sitename.com. Please click the like button to read the content you've requested. (This is up to you)

The viral script is just for liking. I was not aware there is a share script. I would assume you could use this script to accomplish the same thing with the share button.
