Facebook sends me non-targeted likes

I am running a FB advert and targeting some interest. I get likes for people who are not interested in these interests at all.
FB is just sending me stupid likes and charges me for them.
What can I do ?

Have you targeted the right audience? Gender, age, interest, and area should be filled out to your preference. If you get likes from a lot of pages who are not in those ranges, facebook might have messed up. Perhaps you could contact them and ask what is going on. Because paying for traffic out of those ranges is a terrible invesment on your part.

I took long time making the advert. I made sure to target people in specific countries with specific interests.

The same bloody thing happened to me as they sent me likes from so many low tiered tired ass tire kicking non interested followers from countries in Asia which have me pissed to this very very day.
To top this off I lost a cool $1000 in ad spend while promoting clickthroughs to amazon products.... way to go FACEBOOK you should see the ridiculous explanation they sent me at no time offering to compensate me for this blunder.

make sure you have targeted the countries correctly. I haven't come across such an issue anytime so its hard to believe for me that facebook targeting does not work.
