Hi guys,

i am using FACEPAGER and SNAWARE for sourcing and automation but suddenly both programs are not able to fetch the likes, further information about the profiles (in my case fanpages) etc.

Are you facing the same problems?

What solutions do you use to fetch data?

This happened to me before. I think the account is temporary blocked from certain tasks. Try removing the account and reconnecting it to the tools.
