Try shortening your link with bitly and then have this link embedded on another google landing page. Remember those site(dot)google(dot)com links? Do it on that. This will mask your link effectively.
 
You can use cloaking but be careful the algorithms of Facebook are too powerful and they always update new things, you can reach to the support of Facebook and ask them before you do something that you have doubt around it.
