Facebook reviews, how long to get indexed

Hi, i am the boss of a small physical company. And being boss, we have a privilege of having to do everything, including sweeping the floor and sweeping the online space.

We have been consistently getting real good reviews from our work on the ground. But once in a while, we get crazy 1 star reviews.

I would like to know, how long does it generally take for google to index these "bad reviews". I usually just get customers in my shop to help rate to "push it down", but what is the time frame we should be looking at?

Any help would be useful.

Indexed? Google indexes the page, not the individual reviews. As for the Facebook page and it's rating, it's already being accounted for in the average rating on Google search results basically in just a matter of minutes.

Can you expound on "indexed"?

Thank you for your reply, apparently i discovered that ratings will be "indexed" by google, word for word.

So if the review wrote something like "abracadabra", you try searching the business name + "abracadabra" it will show up! Try it!

I'm just wondering how long this process would take....
