Facebook retargeting tool

Hi guys just having search and looking through the threads. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I am a newbie doing Facebook ads and read a lot about re targeting tools to get the best ROI and spend less time and money overall. Can you any of you recommend first hand what your using and your thoughts for price and reliability?

It is difficult to guess how effective retargeting will be. But it's really worth a try. For starters, try using the Facebook pixel.
