Facebook restricted my access to post in groups for a Year.

Facebook gave me a restriction where I can't post in groups for a year. There is no notification as to why.

Does anyone have a solution or a way to solve this problem?

They not tell you about why block your post permissions in groups? What do you think that provoke that?
 
Many accounts are experiencing the same situation as this (( you can try contacting the fb team to know the reason and how to fix it).
 
It's my first time seeing such a ban. Looks like there's no way to appeal their decision.
How many posts did you publish to FB groups using that account, OP?
 
This restriction can be applied for a variety of reasons, including violating group rules or violating Facebook's usage rules. If you believe your restriction is unfair, you can file a complaint with Facebook
 
Do you spam in groups? I don't see a request review button, which means Facebook doesn't give you the opportunity to appeal this decision. You can only change to another account
 
I have never seen this type of ban before, perhaps you have violated some serious policy. You can try to contact Support Facebook to help you find the reason

Why not open new account?

You can try reaching out to Facebook's support team for more information or to appeal the restriction
 
Whoa, this ban is weird! Maybe you broke a big Fb rule? Hit them up on Support to see what's up!
 
you may have violated Facebook's policies. i think even if you contact their support, it's very difficult
