Facebook Restricted Ads - Any way to get it back?

So about a few months ago I connected my girlfriends account to my FB ad account and I was running whitehat ads for her. Then about a week later I got this message on my account:

You're Restricted From Advertising
You can't run ads or manage ad accounts

They wanted me to send in my ID but I was done running ads at the time so I ignored the message. I have to start running ads again but I do not see the option to send in my ID.

Is it still possible to send it in somehow to get it unlocked or will it be locked forever now since I didn't do it within 30 days?

I want to avoid warming up a FB account and dealing with all of that.

I haven’t yet because I can’t find an option to contact them. It’s always been a pain in the a to get ahold of someone but I’ll keep trying.

Maybe you could buy pre-warmed fb ad account and then get a card with a matching name.
