I've got a problem promoting videos to mobile users.In the past I would upload videos in mp4/wmv format and get 100 video views/20-40 website clicks (that kind of ratio) but nowadays my videos get like 100 vid views and barely 1-2 website clicks.The problem is that the videos are not being played as HD by default for mobile users and would want to know how to overcome this problem.
I'm willing to pay up to $50 for anyone helps me fix this.
