Hi.
I’m running ads for my ecom (white hat) but as soon as I published it Facebook disabled my add account for unethical business practices. Is it normal? I have everything on my store — privacy policy, refund policy, terms and conditions and all

Yes, it's normal. Just appeal the ban. You might need to upload your ID as well.

yes very common but also what is the product/LP just because its "whitehat" to you doesnt mean FB sees it like that. also the product itself could indeed be whitehat but you could say something that is against terms in the LP that is not allowed
